Privacy Notice
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Dr Thirakorn Mokkawes develops Mali and operates the Flowergarden brand website at flowergarden.dev (including www.flowergarden.dev) and the Mali download website at mali.flowergarden.dev. This notice covers both websites. For privacy questions or requests, email support@flowergarden.dev.
Website and downloads
You can visit this site and download the beta without creating an account. We do not run advertising pixels or browser analytics scripts, and our website code does not set tracking cookies or use browser storage to identify visitors.
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. It processes connection information such as IP addresses, request details, and security signals to deliver the service and prevent abuse. Some requests are sampled into diagnostic logs. Query strings are redacted in our configured logs. Cloudflare may use security cookies when protection features require them.
Download files and update information are hosted on GitHub. Website downloads pass through Cloudflare to GitHub; direct GitHub links and application update checks also contact GitHub. Visiting this website or downloading Mali does not upload your terminal contents to this website.
Download statistics
We count successful full-file download requests in daily totals by country, application version, and file format. The country is an approximate country code provided by Cloudflare from the connection. The statistics database does not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, browser identifiers, or individual download histories.
A count means a download was started, not that a person finished downloading or installed Mali. Repeat and automated requests can be included. Partial/resumed requests, HEAD requests, and unsuccessful HTTP responses are not counted. These statistics do not use tracking cookies or device identifiers.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards support messages to the developer's Gmail inbox. We use this information to respond, investigate reported problems, and handle privacy requests. It is not used for advertising mailing lists.
Purpose and retention
We process technical information to operate and protect the service, diagnose failures, and understand aggregate download demand. Where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interests in these activities. We use correspondence to respond to your request and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Aggregate download totals are retained long term to compare demand and releases over time; they are not linked to individual visitor records. Diagnostic Workers logs are retained by Cloudflare for up to seven days under its current service limits. Other provider security records follow the providers' own retention policies. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request and for any necessary security or legal follow-up, then deleted when no longer needed.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare, GitHub, and Google provide hosting, downloads, and email services. They may process information outside your country. Their services and handling of data are described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, GitHub Privacy Statement, and Google Privacy Policy. See also Cloudflare's cookie information.
Mali and AI connections
Mali is a local terminal application. When you enable its Model Context Protocol (MCP) connection, compatible AI tools can read terminal information and send input through that connection. The AI tools you choose process any information they read under their own privacy terms. This website does not operate those AI services.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under the law that applies to you. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. We may need to verify a request, and some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.
If we add optional tracking technologies, we will update this notice and request consent before activating them where required. The date above indicates when this notice was last updated.
